Who we look for
Patience. Curiosity about people. Comfort with the slow pace of dementia care. The kind of steadiness that does not break when a resident is having a bad day. We will train you in everything else.
What we offer
- Hourly rate: $24–$30 depending on experience and shift
- Paid training: 40 hours dementia care + 12 hours continuing education annually, all on the clock
- Paid time off: starts at 2 weeks, grows with tenure
- Health insurance contribution (75% of plan premium)

Caregiver · Part-time, weekdays
Daytime shifts, Monday through Friday. Personal care, medication assistance under nurse supervision, meal preparation, activities, light housekeeping. CNA or HCA certification preferred but not required if you have at least one year of caregiving experience and are willing to certify with our support.
Weekend Caregiver
Saturday and Sunday daytime, with occasional Friday or Monday flex. Same scope as the weekday role, ideal for someone wanting income alongside another commitment. Two years of caregiving experience preferred. Premium weekend rate.
